More than $20 million in closed transactions — below are recent highlights across services, e-commerce, healthcare, and the trades. Every seller's identity is kept confidential — exactly as yours will be. When we say your sale stays private until closing, this page is what that looks like: real deals, real numbers, no names.

Why the details are confidential

Most owners don't want employees, customers, or competitors knowing their business was for sale — before or after closing. Every business we sell is marketed with a blind profile, buyers sign NDAs before learning the name, and we keep sale details private even after the deal is done. If that's the way you'd want your sale handled, that's how we work.

How to read this list

Every transaction here closed. None are listings, letters of intent, or deals under contract. Seller identities and business names are withheld permanently — confidentiality does not expire at closing, and the owners who trusted us with these sales are entitled to the same discretion afterwards as during.

Sale prices are total transaction value. Where a deal is marked all cash, it closed without seller financing, which is less common than most owners assume: nationally around 90 percent of sellers say they will offer financing while only about 29 percent of completed deals actually include it.

What these deals have in common

Across very different industries, the businesses that sold well shared the same handful of traits: revenue that was contracted or recurring rather than one-off, financial records that a lender could verify, and an operation that did not depend entirely on the owner being present. The businesses that took longest to sell were the ones missing one of those three.

The valuation logic behind each sector is set out in our industry guides, and the observed multiples and timelines are published in the Utah Business Sale Index.

Two of these closings have guides of their own explaining how the category is valued: the window cleaning sale and, for the same buyer pool as the HVAC deal, plumbing and electrical companies.
